（吉隆坡11日讯）证券监督委员会（SC）起诉银鸟集团（Silver，7136，主板消费产品股）的两名前董事———拿督陈翰鹄和曾绍昌，因两人在2010年和2011年之间提供不实的资料给马交所。
证监会是在调查该公司在2010年和2011年8个未经审核季度金融账户不实的账目后，起诉陈翰鹄和曾绍昌。
随着该公司被发现违规后，银鸟集团于2012年2月份被列为PN17公司。不久之后，该公司便将两人从董事局中除名。若罪名成立，陈翰鹄和曾绍昌将可被判入狱不超过10年，同时罚款不超过300万令吉。
