So far our conversions are within 8 trading days upon submission..The faster one was in 2017 , when we converted Puc la for arbitrage was in 5 trading days only...

If submission day is T, stock available for trading will T+8.....But we use to sell it off 3 days ahead, that is at T+5....If we did not do it for Tatgiap...We don't get any profit...Because the "gap " was closed during T+8

8 trading days was the rule set by SC/Bursa...Sometimes we get it in less than 8 trading days.

We do it ourself, go to registrar personally

Our TP is 1.80/1.90 for mother, 90/95 for warrant by August when Q 4 results is released...Our estimated effective net profit for accounting year 2019 is 10/11 million

I heard it's Q 2 net profit is 2.7 million, so anticipate it will move up to 1.40 to 1.50 range soon...

The quality guy, if you are smart enough, you should sell off what you are holding now ,at the same time buy same quantity of Pa at 4.5 sen, and convert them with another 19 sen ( 23.5 sen) and arbitrage the difference out ( about 10+ sen)， and repeat the process until the arbitraging gap is closed... Arbitraging has nothing to do with projects secured by the company, it is simply the traders are taking advantage of the " gap ", mother share price will continue to drift down until the arbitraging gap is closed...Please refer to what had happened in Tatgiap recently...
