Next round retailers should buy warrant instead of mother share

The reference price on 2 February will be adjusted to 2.37..(2.67x 2+1.77)/3=2.37...And we are expecting it to trade below 2.30 in order to account for the premium of the warrant ...Just wait and see , whether or not it happens that way....

Hitting new high again

When the mother is closing above warrant exercise price before the ex entitlement date , there will be a price adjustment on mother share price on the following trading day.....This is one of the rules prescribed by Bursa.

Yu and Me @ Kpower was ex-ed without any adjustment because its closing price before the ex date is lower than 10.0 , the warrant was out of money , because kpower warrant exercise price was fixed at 2.50

Immediately after the ex date , mother share price will be trading below reference price as market forces are trying to balance off the premium of the warrant.. or so called its time value ..

There will be a price adjustment if the mother share price closes above exercise price of 1.77 prior ex date ....If mother share closes at 1.85 before ex date , the reference price on the ex date is would be adjusted to (1.85 x 2 +1.77)/3=1.82

We pick Spring Art instead of Wegmans , because Spring Art has consistently better net profit margin (about 16%), and it only required about 40% of human labour of traditional furniture manufacturers due to their using of CNC machineries for its RTA furniture manufacturing production. And pending its factory C that would be using more advanced equipments than the current equipments, therefore Spring Art is possessing rapid growth rate DNA ( 快速成长基因) within next couple of years..

Buy the warrant is better, due to good gearing (6+) ， and long duration to expiry of about 58 months , and good parity of 90+ %, and company has good track record of good growing rate (more than 20%) over last 5 years....Perhaps another Pmetal Wa or Hapseng Wa is in the making..

Next thing to look forward for is FREE WARRANTS.....

Hopefully ,the bosses are as smart and viable as Revenue bosses....

To win the game , the average cost needs to be below 10 sen...As upon completion all the 3 corporation exercises, total number of shares are about 690 million units, the estimated consolidated profit is about 30 million for year 2020 , with trading PE 15 ...Total market capitalization would be about 15x 30= 450 million ， that will translate to (450/690)= 0.652 or 65 sen per share, that is equivalent to 13 sen per share(65/5) before consolidation...

In addition to that, currently , PUC is only owning about 12 % of Prestomall , and balance 88% is owned by Redhot Media, and Red-hot media also own 22 % RCPS in Prestomall, balance 78% RCPS of Prestomall was owned indirectly by Axiata, with fore coming new partner (said possibly to be JD.com of China), PUC holding in Prestomall would be largely diluted, therefore ,future performance of Prestomall would not impact much on PUC bottom line, and redhot media would become minority shareholder of PUC, and PUC would be holded directly by ccc and his previous partners of Pictureworks significantly ...That is to say....Upon completion of pending corporate exercises , PUC would virtually became a listed PICTUREWORKS....

I did ask the boss to give bonus and free warrant in order to improve the liquidity and to bring up 人气 during last AGM, but so far he only gave bonus shares ....So free warrant is on the way ?

EPF & KWAP and some other funds are selling Serbadk wa mainly due to restrictions stated in their fund deeds that they can't hold high risk financial derivative, therefore they are selling warrants and used the money to buy more mother shares from open market, so you see mother share price is moving up and warrant is not,it is mainly due to selling pressure from fund managers ...Once selling pressure has subsided , the warrant will move up to equilibrium price or fair market price accordingly..

It is strategically viable to swap Liihen or Pohuat to Spring now , the "logical mechanics" behind is same as what we had swapped GHL to Revenue in 2018....Young (newly listed) fast growing company with better profit margin and uses less human labours in general
