a) a fundraising by equity funding,
b) short-term debt financing,
c) divesting non-essential assets and accounts receivable factoring.

Based on Iris historical instability and integrity issues, the shares bounce up and down for the past 10 years and had never satisfied its client. It is all syndicates game.
