2. SGD = RM 2.55
3. POUND = RM 5.25

What will happen to all YTLP oversea business? Major earning contributor YTL seraya power will contribute less 25%, Jordan power and Indonesia power will contribute less 30%, wesses water will contribute 15% less and new upcoming Data center will become less competitive in global market as service charge is in more expensive RM, the earlier advantage on cost of electricity and water bill become less attractive due to strengthen RM

Dragon328 Tq for your very insightful write up and computation on YTLPOWR'S Brabazon devt project.
I wish to add something which many may not be aware.
I.e. UK policy practice in NOT ALLOWING property developers to recognise all sales Incomes and profits into their financial accounts UNTIL AFTER certified completion of the units sold and keys delivered to the purchasers. This will take 3 to 4 years to be legally fulfilled.
Hence YTLPOWR will not be able to show the sales revenues and profits from this UK project in their quarterly/yearly financial results until after 2026 or 2027.
This a true situation which can be verified by referring to EWINT's projects in UK where their directors gave explanations when releasing their quarterly results as to why their company suffered losses or made less.
So we will have to wait for a few years before we can see the financial contributions from Brabazon.

HENCE THE LATEST 1Q AT 10.47 EPS WAS WITHOUT THE FINANCIAL BENEFIT OF SUCH EXTRAORDINARY GAINS.
HENCE MY CONFIDENCE IN THE 2Q PROFITS TO BE RELEASED THIS FRIDAY

Hence can look forward to it's very good results N profits for its 2Q to be announced this Friday

Very good profits based on it's significant increase in 1Q's EPS of 10.47 sen (against 2.45 sen in the previous corresponding 2Q) and this was achieved without any extraordinary gains. PowerSeraya's profit margins remained very good to even improved having locked in their power sales contracts at high rates for several years upfront (while their costs stayed steady) Skillful management

YTLPOWR'S 2 QUARTER RESULTS THIS COMING FRIDAY WILL VERY GOOD WITH THE HEALTHY INCREASE IN PROFITS BY ITS SPORE SUBSIDIARY PowerSeraya which will be further boosted by the very favourable SGD exchange rate 3.55 to RM and with all the other subsidiaries'' business results improving
