At current price ranges of rm0.19-rm0.21..against its cash position, nta n future earning capacity, the mgmt of csl should trigger share buyback becos the return of capital is 300% IImmediately with 100% earning year after year!

And they have got approval to buy back up to 10%..why no share buyback? Assuming cf's share had been forced sell by bank (last thing to believe), he shall utilize the cash in the company to buyback the share up to 10% n borrow money at 6% cost fr bank to buyback the share...he could declare capital return rm0.50 per share n keep the balance for working capital.

So..very clean. .he dun believed the company worth at current price..so forget about the cash...n the financial statement, balanced sheet. .bo chun lioa!

To sum up my write up:

NEVER BELIEVE IN THE STATEMENT OF IN THE NAME OF WOO IN STRATEGIC PARTNER CAN BE AN Acceptable Reason for disposed share at prices 3x lower than its net cash. AND

LOSS The Controlling interest. AND

WITHOUT SHARE BUYBACK!

My advice to all newbies n other sensible n objective investors:

Rule 1 in share market..don't lose yr hard earned money $$!
Rule 2 ....don't forget rule 1..

Be specific ..who is that bursa officer..I can call to verify!

I dun care those irresponsible remark...likes I heard even bursa official sighted the fix deposit certificate..how come a responsible ppl could speculate by dragging the authority to mislead the newbie?

Hearing n reality are 2 difference world altogether; come on! Newbie can u see that motive underneath! Stay away!

Third....I think I'm right in my write up...becos i dun buy the story of wooing strategic to dispose share at price 3 times lower than cash n loss the controlling stake simultaneously can be accepted by our logic conscious ..can u??
