i) The growing in Admin expenses.
ii) Narrow revenue base and over dependence on oil and

I realize paper gain shang 5517...(the ctr has been kept since 2006) on last friday and this monday and made rm1.29KK....that's i called a real gain...unless i sold and get the money on this week!!!

The peak loss for this ctr was amounting to approx....rm450K...

I think KC ...we are different class...you have yr way and so do i...do point laugh after another....bottom line is make great money...i have achieved my wealthy level on my way....in fact the paper loss in BJ corp is a peanut in my overall portfolio...making less rm2.3kk in paper gain compared 3 weeks ago...

But ....that's the market....i think the opportunity also arise with the downturn.....
