Yes they are not stupid so they will sign this contract and make good use with this tie with increase efficiency an reduced cost.

It is hard to say a simple rate increase will make oil price slump. If the rate is up then the loan to all shale also increase. Their cost increase may affect their production too. Surely demand will be weaken but ... it is hard to say the rate will make oil price to slump. If you believe just because economist say then just believe lor.

Contra king ... how earlier u mean? When the share is 60c? 80c? Rm1.20? Rm1.40? or rm1.60? All this point also earlier. Which point u mean. I taken out the 34c because the are currently has no loss. If you mean 36.5c then with all the good news why they would sell? If u say 60c and above ... they should have been sold earlier. So what you said doesnt make sense unless u have few million unit and u wanted to sell. Ok thanks

So call expert expect people bought on wednesday and thursday using contra margins which expires on monday.so they assume market will have big sellout by the margin player. I say possible. Maybe not much.

Getting loan for the first time doesnt mean they will get loan for each project. They can have part of producing fields return to fund another projects. Shouldnt be loan one after another. The company core is not based on lending its based on open share money. Not like some company (you know who) only accumulating debts.
2015-11-07 15:40 | Report Abuse
If loan is a problem, then many company is in trouble. Especially ool and gas industry they usually get loan to get the projects going even some big company are using loan to maintain cashflow. How the bank let u loan by only see how much u earn monthly or consider your asset(house) also? Same in business, how much loan to get depends on their value asset. Of coz when the asset is not producing it does not have high value. Thats is why this oil discovery is important to them.
2015-11-07 12:22 | Report Abuse
They will get loan. I think they mention before, they are trying their best to be debt free but cost of drilling is very high. So they will get a loan for future projects like anasuria and vic/31

@inorder - spreading false news is not good at first. Ignoring them is telling that they are telling facts. Yes... you can be ignorant as u like... but u also cannot stand us trying to tell others that we are wasting time here. Same logic applied. I only decline the non fact told, i will not do name calling and insulting comments.

@inorder... it doesnt affect the market price but it affects the whole discussion itself. More people will be taking their comments as facts which is not. Maybe it doesnt affect you... but i dun like unproven facts to be in discussion. Thanks for highlight is anyways.

Good for today doesnt mean good for yesterday. Margin call is yesterday thing and the reason does not have to do with drilling result or announcement. The last annoucement was few days before the margin call. People buy with loan set with min limit make it auto sell. It has domino effect causing everybody with low limits sell.

I think the shale is bullish. They are getting loan at good rates then unable to pay back. Being consolidate by larger company has made many of this shale owner lose money. Apart from that the interest rate will be adjusted left many of these miners bankrupt.
It is a trap from start .... to make the oil price lower.

Hmm sunztzhe ... u seems to know alot about hibiscus. I think you are frustrated of the management because there are no earning since their ipo. I think they has started to focus on the place where they put more weight on. But they made the shareholders frustrated on waiting but they do have great potential if they done it right now.

The Sea Lion prospect is located offshore northwest of the Gippsland Basin (permit VIC/P57) where CHPL holds a 75.1% interest, and is approximately 6km from the West Seahorse field (permit VIC/L31) where CHPL holds a 100% interest. In the event of a commercial discovery, Sea Lion offers potential for an integrated development with West Seahorse.
Hibiscus' partner in the VIC/P57 exploration permit, 3D Oil, holds a 24.9% interest. 3D Oil has said that Sea Lion is considered highly prospective as it is on a proven oil-producing trend, and represents one of the last undrilled 4-way dip closures at the prolific ‘Top Latrobe’ level in the Gippsland Basin. The combination of prominent mapped depth structure and the likely presence of thick high quality reservoir sands overlain by the regional seal provides the ingredients of a high quality target.

Thus, we figure that the Fed’s move will be favorable for the oil prices at least in the near term.
