Bang! Conversion of each warrant @0.35 goes into ocr balance sheet.. Two birds one stone.. Transfer of risk

you do make sense, i think i get what u meant, instead of 1 right issue , icps of 3 which can be turned into mother at 0.1 conversion cost make more value in the future if mother goes up, by the way, free warrant only applicable of each 15 icps subscribed.

0.025 icps + conversion rate 0.10 = 0.125
current market price = 0.14
seems to me the company want fund from shareholder asap both from icps + conversion, since after conversion the total cost price still below market, this would encourage people to convert immediately upon buying.

Market price would fall to 0.125. just my opinion.

i guess we could collect it at 0.105 ish by next week.. seeing the market maker support level is not that strong.
