From the change of management team n board of directors,what I feel is pnb what's to turn this ship around.....But ,whether retailers or minority shareholder will be taken care or not is really doubtful as it is never pnb consideration to take care of retailers or minority shareholder....pnb consideration would be a certain group of entity....

Anything like PN17....Bankruptcy,delisting would never be good for stock price.....Loss of listing status will straight bring the stock price to 0 as there will be panic selling from all parties as nobody will know what will happen to the company after delisting....It can never be good

Sapura immediate issue now is the short term cash flow....It may not endure the winter before spring,if spring is coming....Seems like no bankers buy the idea of continuous investment into this company,they alrdy called it a day....rich dad also claims that saura is just a very minor investment, macam burnt oso nevermind.....

From what anuar rain mentioned in his interview with the edge last month.....At the final part,he mentioned that he is not an m&a guy,he is a delivery guy....So I guess the focus of the management now is to try to work on current project,focus on risk management n to deliver rather than corporate exercise like share consolidation n right issue....Just my 2 cents

sapnrg ceo is different from others listed co now, he is not the founder/owner(major shareholder) of the co, his previous tenure is with shell malaysia and petronas carigali before joining sapnrg...he is a professional rather than an entrepreneur.....together with the new CFO, tan sri shamsul abbass...ian john lo...francois di tullio...lim tiang siew...this group of professionals offers glimmers of hope...but they r still human, not sure whether these avengers can fight till endgame

but the new BOD in sapnrg now is really star-studded......all with fantastic CV.....not sure these guys will risk their names to join sapnrg if they dont seen something bright in sapnrg or they being forced into this...

maybe u may feel a bit more calm if u have read the interview with the new ceo and the current PNB chairman in the edge published few weeks ago n last week....but all in all, the situation is really hard
