I checked both Netx and Xox and found out that these two companies loss-making companies with higher gearing. How come these two companies can be good than PUC? I guess u need to justify like smartrader does.

Don't get confuse with insider and owmer selling. You just make people confuse when you confuse. If owner selling indicating bad signal, why WCT still trading at current level. Why not drop to below RM1.00. So, dont simply say anything u are confused, which u think u are correct.

They dispose to operators so that these operators can push the price up further. Maybe more than RM1.11?

Calvintaneng, GSB share price is also above NTA of 11sen and a loss making. So, which one is not safe? Haha.

One more thing, once the Company has property development business, you dont look at NTA. You have to value it based on revised net asset value (RNAV). So, you better do a proper analysis.
