vivocom's working capital is getting lesser on a weekly basis. Many foreign workers involved and get paid on weekly basis and unreported (*This is m'sia). THey will raise funds soon from PP again many more rounds and this will drive down vivocom's share price downward and price to be revised if there's bonus issues granted and deposited into ur account.

Now, there are 3 main issues tht are clouding vivocom's prospect. First is the vacant CEO position and Dr yeoh chose to take a back seat for UNKNOWN REASON(S). No need to bash me on this because this is really suspicious after just 8 months as CEO since

Secondly, it's the quarter result which is seasonally weaker or weakest among all construction companies here. So I don't even wanna hear myview or ktsk88 because those are speculation not backed by good reasoning.

Thirdly, either private placement PP is to take place before q2 result or after it. Don't know how much money is to be raised but I can give an estimation tomorrow. This will no doubt dilute it's EPS and erode shareholders' values further.

These 3 main issues will have downward pressure on vivocom's share pricing. They have mentioned abt it's latest awarded job will improve its NTA so it means payments of works done will be on contra basis. Clients pay contractor with shoplots or condo. Suppose get cash payments for contract works done but now earnings stucked in assets. Construction business is very capital intensive. Go figure it out!

Anne Kung retired officially announced 25-May-2016 and Dato Seri Dr Yeoh's departure as CEO was leaked on 27-June-2016. Still cannot sense something is not right? How can the CRCC-enabler not be the captain and take a back seat? This is a strong signal to you all.........................

vivocom is experiencing degrading working capitals and very soon they have to raise more capitals through private placements which is expected towards the end of this year. They have lost RM 400 millions market capital within one full month. Go figure out........

without assigned leadership hence I would say and declare that vivocom is in serious leadership crisis for unknown reasons. If u say some political party is in crisis in m'sia, I can understand why but for vivocom's case....u all should seriously worry by now because it happened so suddenly without hints and all that.

Don't even think it will achieve its order books target and seeing its market capital now stood at approximately RM600m only as compared to approx. RM1bil in a month ago, with abt 40% market cap dropped. More PP will be used to raise more funds for working capitals so will dilute its EPS and shareholders' interests further down.
