My view is hold if you cost <0.40 and you cant lose even after the bonus exercise. For those who buy at current level is very tricky. If it moves to 0.50 then everyone is happy but if it stays the same then you will be wondering what will happen to the share price after the exercise. Investing is all about taking risk if you think the risk is high at this point then no action should be taken however if you there is a upside potential to 0.50 buying at 0.45 you will still rewarded with 10% profit. Go or no go the decision is yours.

My broker told me there is no adjustment on the warrant since it is issue FOC but thinks that the warrant should be worth 7-8 cents. However this will put downward pressure on mother share. I think the share price will drop post bonus. Any views on this?

MC is right and we have no idea when the selling will stop despite of the stock is hugely oversold. It has been a week since the selldown and there is no sign of rebound. Best is keep watching and jump in to make a quick buck when it finally rebounds.

My guess is in the short term there is no catalyst for this counter to move to 1.93 unless some major corporate announcement and with GE13 is around the corner the downside risk on this counter is very high thats why I stay away unless the SP moves below 1.60 then the risk and reward ratio looks attractive.

If your buy/sell decision is based on those idiot analyst report then I am afraid you will be do well in stock market. My view is the recent weakness in AA share price is definately caused by factors that will affect the company fundamentally. Think about it what is fair value? Good time PE of 20-30X is fair and during bad time PE drop to 10-15X they will still say is high.

My view is a lot of people are aware of the importance of personal financial planning but knowing and doing something is the difference marker. Execution is the key here to succeed financially in life. It is not difficult at all to become a millionaire employee but with the American, European and Japanese printing trillion of paper money to me millionaire sounds very small. In fact with a million RM you cant even buy a decent house.

My view is if it breaks below RM0.375 we should cut loss and get out.
