The news in the star is just a rhetoric. The same infor has been reported in the proposal early this year, in 2q rpt, 3q rpt, and now in the star. Too much talking of the same thing. Now, 2 profitable qtrs have been rpted. What are they waiting for? If they really mean what they promised, they could have submitted their request for upliftment by now. Why keep us in suspense like this? Something fishy!

20 sen is PE value of 4.1 which is far below sectorial PE.

Like this I will withdraw my selling order hoping the rumour will come true. I tend to believe it as the fundamental of the company is quite sound. For a company with PE ratio of 2.36 the market price should be many times higher than 11.5 sen.

The result is within expectation. Cumulative EPS is 4.88 sen and NTA rise to 11 sen. This will give a PE ratio of 2.36. At a conservative PE 5 the price should be 24 sen.

Technical indicators also getting weaker. Tighten seat belt and get ready for action.

Bro Hong2, I went in since sept till lately. sell some early nov when kci singnal sell. Still holding substantial amount waiting for 3Q report, expected to be positive. Normally, I will sell when selling signal triggered.

Me too waiting for the report. The timing to release the report reflects the company image. An efficient good company will produce report early. Bad company find difficulty in producing report. I hope this company doesn't fall into the latter group. It would be nice if the result come long before december.

I am sure you have visited this link before. The other source is direct contact with reliable source. The problem with the latter is not documented and not official. That is the risk I am taking. I think it is better than just listen to rumours, which is common in stock market. To reduce the risk further, my entering point was transacted at good support level. Beside fa my holding position is also determined by ta. When the market and the counter trending downward, normally I will quickly relinquish my position even if I have to accept the defeat. It may happen very soon. Cheers

lofan73. Officially, the most recent report is 2Q. To me the financially is not to bad. The loan was converted to equity. NTA was 10 sen. EPS was 8 sen. Upon restructuring the co. acquired a few other co. that have sinergy activities. The result will be reflected on the 3Q. I anticipate the result will substantially better based on reliable source. The picture will get clearer as the announcement get closer, expected late November. happy trading.

lofan73. i have been buying since sept. My target price is eps time sectorial PE. I will hold the shares till upliftment of PN17. It may take a few months. My confidence is based on verification of the 2Q report forecast. Early indication of 3Q report is positive.

The co promised to apply after the positive 3Q report. That may come in late Nov. Not too far away.

certain companies start announcing 3Q financial result. Luster result should be out soon.

Judging from last qtr rpt the co should perform positively in the following qtr ending end of sept. Should the company perform as expected, then the investment is rewarding. To be an early bird one should be looking for clues. Once the official annnouncement is out the price will much different.

At PE 30 the price should be RM2.31. As reference PE for maxis is 21.1 and Digi is 32.1. As such ASTRO is overprice.
