Ni Hsin owns 14mil shares of Caely which is also listed on Bursa. Caely share price at 31 Mar 2020 is lower vs. 31 Dec 2019. So that’s how the fair value loss came about, the difference in value of Caely share on 31 Mar 2020 vs. 31 Dec 2019.

On the balance sheet, Caely shares is under "Other investment" item.
