hmm I dun really agree with you. It is actually a good new that push the price due to:
1) During the date (April2016) when Seacera Bhd propose to acquire the land, the PROPERTY PRICE is much more HIGHER than current price. So, Seacera disagree to acquire the land with RM200mil.
2) By disposing this project, Seacera can focus more on its Core business---->Tiles, with those RM200mil.
3) Today is the bearish day as KLCI/KLSE dropped almost 1%, most of the stock are falling, but this stock was rebound.
Luckily I bought it today haha
