quick simulation (not accurate)...

If you hold before announcement

Price RM1.05

Let say you have 10,000units (100 lots) = RM10,500

Right issues 5 for every 1 ordinary shares.
Hence, 10,000 units X 5 rights = 50,000 rights

Right price RM0.04
Hence, 50,000 X RM0.04 = RM2000 (amount need to pay to fulfill the rights)


In this case after adjustment or whatever you pay RM12,500 for total...


because RM2000/RM10,500 = 19%............ market will react to 19% drop in quick calculation

proposed right issues...no money wanna raise more money


NOT A GOOD SIGN for short term investor

My cost is RM1.10 currently...

Once stable i will buy another last batch and keep.

U manage to get Rgtech???
