I have experience learnt from AYS and MYCRON when price mature I will slow down position and don't mind other earn to the max....

Remember OTB sir shared how he execute the price something like slow take on certain price zone and then drop to certain short term support (still above the purchased price) he will clear all...

Money game taiko is greater they always have more than 1 batch fund.. first batch very low entry price and always earn big gap.. second gap is hot fund to ride on wave and will quit fast....

by the way, I also stuck in sunzen company which I will register in 2018 stock pick for sure.

“Outperform” Rating on Hengyuan Q4 result and strong crack spread

Yesterday, Raider Research (RR Research) released a report on Hengyuan, reiterating its “outperfom” rating ahead of the strong crack spread of q4 result be confirmed by the company soon. In the report, RR Research shares the majority’s view that the crack spread will most likely increase the Q4 profit of HENGYUAN to Annual EPS Rm 3.40 compare with the current consensus est of Rm 3.10.

RR Research reiterates an outperform recommendation on Hengyuan ahead of the q4 earnings announcement due in Febr 2018. RR Research expects the Crack Spread to stay high above USD 9.8 per barrel, thus providing increased cash flow and earnings visibility for shareholders.

While some industry observers suggest that the government will prefer compensating Hengyuan than flowing thru the higher petroleum pricing in the near term, RR Research believes sticking to the current strength of refinery will continue to drive a rerating of Hengyuan shares to Rm 18.00 to Rm 22.00 by half year 2018. At 6x core 2018E PER, Hengyuan continues to trade at a discount to both the market (15x) and petronas dagang (20x).

Impact
RR Research’s discussions with investors and industry observers in recent weeks, suggests that the majority expect that any upward sustained Crack Spread of USD 9 to 10 per barrel for the next 1 yr.

This will result in HRC recording another a very strong EPS going forward.Thus the strong earnings and cash flow perspective, RR Research sees the former, as a stronger signal to the market, providing for a more significant narrowing of Hengyuan discount to the market and Petronas Dagang high Pe.

Hengyuan Improved operating structure after chinese takeover will drive efficiency. In addition the sustained strong oil price gain will result in inventory gain in the region of more than Rm 100 million in q4 and the strong ringgit will contribute another Rm 30 milliom forex gain going forward.

Earnings and Target Price Revision Increase EPS to Rm 3.40 from Rm 3.10
