Delta variant and other subsequent ones will spread throughout the world. Vaccination is the answer. Rich countries will vaccinate their population and survive the pandemic. Poor ones like India and Brazil , have to reset their economies. The pandemic will render a more severe blow to them. Malaysia, sadly , is worse off because of mismanagement. Glove stocks depends on the demand from the rich developed countries, not the poor ones.

Honestlee, your scientific facts are not accurate. All the vaccines given out today, the mRNA ones and the Russian ones and those from China, have not completed their phase 3 clinical trials. Under the Good Samaritan Act, you cannot sue the pharma companies because it is given free to the government. That is why you are also getting it free. You understand that, Honestlee?

Under the new normal even post pandemic, glove usage will be increased. Food handlers and processors , airline personnel and entertainment staff .......many will be wearing gloves and masks........outside the healthcare industry.

Even post pandemic, whenever that is, under the new normal circumstances, the usage of gloves will be at least 20% more than pre pandemic. Reason. People are more conscious of personal hygiene etc . Usage in the F n B industry and hotel and tourism industry will increase. Air stewardesses wearing gloves will be a common sight. Etc etc. I just hope our glove companies will maintain their competitive advantage in cost and quality.
