Cindypky,from the info from the reminser, let's say I bought total 12k units share, if I choose to buy the Right Issue (RI), then I can have total extra 16k units shares, means every 3 lots of mother share can get 4 lots of share (12k/3 = 4,000; then 4,000 x 4 = 16k units shares) = RM 0.02 x 16,000 units = RM 320 that I need to pay for the RI. Then after the closing priod for RI, my total share units will become 12k + 16k = 28k units of shares. If I dun want to buy the RI, then I have to sell my OR @ RM 0.015 = 16,000 units x RM 0.015 = RM 240 I can get. Refer to the reminser, they said the company recently turning their loss into profit, so I may keep to buy the RI if the company's future is really expectable..
