置地通用(Land & General)与其大股东大马置地(Malaysia Land Properties)的子公司Positive Valley签署了一份合资协议，将成立一家合资公司Xtreme Meridian。此举是为了向Bingo’s Golf收购一幅位于安邦路(淡江新村(Ulu Kelang)镇内)的商用租赁土地，面积约为2万2,934平方米。收购价定为1亿1,850万令吉，产业沽价公司PA International Property Consultants (吉隆坡)估计这幅土地的市值为1亿2,600万令吉。置地通用与Positive Valley计划在该幅地皮上发展服务公寓和一个包含店铺、停车场与设施的商业中心。上述发展项目计划的总发展值和总发展成本分别约为7亿8,870万令吉及5亿5,840万令吉。这幅土地邻近产业项目The Elements@Ampang，后者目前由置地通用及大马置地各自的子公司所组的合资承接。

吉运速递刚于10天前为拆细股票面值进行除权，当时股票由1股变成2股。而拆细后的股票每2股可獲1股红股。等于说股票拆細除权前拥有1股股票的话，今天便拥有3股。
股票面值拆细前(12月12日)，吉运速递每股股价是2.95令吉，目前每股是1.33令吉，但股票数额已变成3股，等于值得3.99令吉，也就是说10天里增值了35%。
