Hopefully, DBE is able to take some appropriate approaches as below to turnaround in the current or coming quarters from segment of poultry farming (chickens) & related products:
1. Reducing the cost of sales by lowering cost of production i.e.: maintenance cost & etc.
2. Possibly no more impairment loss on debtors to be recognised to bring down administrative expenses & etc.
3. Stepping-up efforts to increase revenues (sales) as well as profit margins.
4. Plus contributions from property segment.
If all goes well, shareholders' wealth will surely improve to reward all the ordinary shareholders here.

理建（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）今年积极扩大產能，料明年將专注於消化新增產能及加强效率，因此，明年的资本支出將少於1000万令吉，主要用於在巴生英达岛建设新仓库。

理建董事经理兼首席执行员邓英仕在今日的股东特大后，对记者指出，「建设该库房的总花费为约1000万令吉，我们將分几个阶段支出这笔花费，因此，估计2018年资本支出將少於1000万令吉。具体数目还视建筑材料价格而定。」

今年，该公司资本支出约1200万令吉，主要的大笔支出包括用於独资子公司Transform
