今國會公佈 電費漲15%
（吉隆坡1日訊）消息指政府將在明天（週一）宣佈電費調漲15%，或每千瓦時（kWh）電費漲4.9仙。

　預料政府將在國會宣佈這項消息。

　能源、綠色工藝及水務部長拿督斯里麥西慕日前指出，雖然電費調漲的建議仍需由內閣作最后定奪，但極可能明年開始調漲

答：1）目前幸馬泰資源正積極進行業務重組計劃，包括發新股籌資及進軍哈薩克斯坦的油氣領域，該公司預計在2014年次季脫離PN17公司行列。是否值得買進與目標價，以下一點資料供參考。

2）著名土著企業家丹斯里哈林沙轄為幸馬泰資源的大股東，持有公司的27%股權，惟一旦落實重組計劃後，料將減持至25%。由於哈林沙轄私人擁有資產，包括在哈薩克斯坦資產，所以，市場非常關注，哈林沙轄是否將為幸馬泰資源注入更多資產。

3）該公司過去5年連續虧損，並在2011年4月陷入PN17公司行列，預料該公司的業務重組計劃將在2013年11月間完成。其中包括發售附加股籌集4億5千300萬令吉的資金，即發售3億3千500萬股新股，以及附加股27億2千222萬股（10配41比例），每股售價為為17.5仙。其中6億4千200萬令吉附加股，將發售給公眾人士認購。同時，每認購4股附加股，將獲得派送1單位的憑單。

一旦完成重組計劃，該公司股本將增加至逾30億股。該公司預料截至2013年12月31日為止財政年的盈利，可達8千600萬令吉，以及2014年為6千900萬令吉。

上述融資主要供其哈薩克斯坦的油氣業務，後者石油及天然氣儲備達到3億3千100萬桶，預測首年每日產量達到2千桶，第2年則增加至6千桶，以及第3年為8千桶。

該公司高層於今年6月間曾經表示，該公司未來將把焦點放在擴大資產和收入基礎，以便讓幸馬泰資源能夠在3年裡的營業額，達到10億令吉的目標。當時，預測該公司可能在2014年次季脫離PN17公司行列。

該公司在2013年7月宣佈，該公司獲准在哈薩克斯坦設立獨資子公司——幸馬泰石油與天然氣有限公司，以進行勘探、生產、營運及油氣提煉業務。根據報導，該公司於2012年與哈林沙轄擁有的2家公司簽署聯合投資合約，以便發展哈薩克斯坦雪麗油田。
