The Board of Directors of Tropicana wishes to announce the Company had on 9 March 2015 been informed by AmTrustee Berhad, acting solely in capacity as trustee for CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust, that the Due Diligence Exercise and market valuation for the Property have been completed with satisfaction. Pursuant to the Due Diligence Exercise, the parties to the SPA have mutually agreed to certain identified irregularities and Tropicana City has agreed to remedy the identified irregularities.
Consequently, the parties to the SPA will enter into the Approval Period to obtain the necessary approvals pursuant to the SPA.
