PETALING JAYA: SINO HUA-AN INTERNATIONAL BHD is collaborating with Top Fruits Sdn Bhd and Mybeecop Sdn Bhd to develop the digitalised model for agriculture markets, riding on artificial intelligence-enabled operating models, data analytics and internet of things (IoT) to drive efficiency.

Yesterday, Sino Hua-An’s subsidiary, Wavetree Technologies Sdn Bhd, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Top Fruits and Mybeecop, said Sino Hua-An in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

It added that the parties would collaborate on establishing an IoT data and automation-driven smart agriculture plantation, developing agronomic and operational models for durian plantations, as well as implementing a fruit traceability system on the plantations.

Meanwhile, Sino Hua-An noted that the project would be led and supervised by Top Fruits, which is an agriculture paradise business. It said the MoU was for a period of two years, unless it is terminated subject to the agreement.
