Bad experience in empty promise of FM. At road show, FM defend iCap not practicing SBB on view that an annual 10 per cent share buy-back may have temporary and limited market price support. My view us that FM is more interested to Collect professional fees than looking after the interests of shareholders. Ex-director Madam Leong was a member of Audit committee. iCapital announced that she resigned in February 2020, having been a director from year 2016.
