Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(25) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of KHB wishes to announce that Innosabah Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd (“ICHSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 29 May 2023 become a major shareholder of Bahvest Resources Berhad ("Bahvest"), an ACE Market listed corporation, following ICHSB’s acquisition of an aggregate of 73,436,900 ordinary shares of Bahvest via open market, representing 5.923% of the total issued shares of Bahvest.

Yeah maybe that time same owner just close one eye...From my experience in other counter...If a company want to develop the owner/director land...The company will purchase the land from owner/director only can start the development....

but at first u need to acquires the land for oil mill to built....maybe many story inside we dk....in Malaysia what also can happen....

unless there is any hidden story we don know...

In construction no matter how difficult....U are not allow to built on other people land without permission....Therefore I dk how they pass the construction in the first....

he purposely use public fund to built the thing on his land then make claim to public company that the thing was built wrong and want to claim for compensation...

The director cheat shareholder and use public fund to built factory on his own company land in which the factory will belong to him secretly....This already is a fraud and how conflict of interest come in....

public listed company not like sdn bhd can simply do what he like...director need to responsible for any guilty....

DL exist anot would not affect the fact he hidden the info and use bahvest to benefit southsea....these will be guilty if prove....

As say if DL so confident he can direct go to court order and remove the thing...like FL direct sue...

that why I say maybe both party will go into negotiation with condition don sue DL and DL allow for continuous rentals.....

is a conflict of interest which u not act good in bahvest but use bahvest for self interest....

he will kena go into jail if prove guilty....when go to jail money mean nothing to him....

Don forgot this mean that DL will be sue for conflict of interest, not take responsibility as director which cause company loss and hidden the event from bursa.....

one party give face for 13mil...another party give face extend to 90days.....

if DL don want rent he can just direct go to court order....now show that he willing to negotiate....sure have something being catch......

Actually anyone here in Sabah may go there have a look whether the factory still running...

from my understanding,the deposit 13mil like the minimum amount to compensate and the rest amount will discuss until full claim of 20.4mil......

this mean to enter a tenant agreement in future....no give any comment whether current have stop work anot....
