Point is, i never see any news that Petronas upgrading to comply with Euro 4m. Except the RAPID Johor project which is capable producing Euro 4m and Euro 5. but only start operational in 2019 or beyond.

Guys, who can advise if Petronas can produce sufficient Ron 95 euro 4m standard for current market.

if petronas themselves cannot cope the demand of Ron95 euro 4m standard, will they sacrifice margin to buy from others ? or they just get government to extend the dateline to 2019 ( or a date when RAPID johor start operational which can produce euro 4m ? )

HYians, i cant find anything about Euro 4m production petronas/petron. but i do get the below news for the RAPID project in Johor. it is a huge and complex refinery producing 300,000 barrel per days kind of plant.
