Netx holding,formerly known as ariantec global or AGLOBAL,i believe many senior investors still remember what happened to the company in 2011-2012.

the company rise from 3.5cen to 26cen in 2012(but drop back to 7cen in two month time),not because they won RM19.6million contract from TM,but due to Raymond Chan appeared to become substantial shareholder.

Raymond Chan is famous back to 2012 because he partner with Nazzifudin(Najib Razak's son) and manipulated few counters included Aglobal，Harvest court and Naim indah corp.（young investors who dont know the cases are adviced to google it.)

and,The RM19.6million contract NEVER RESULTED IN 5 CEN PROFIT as what you claimed.in fact,even after won the contract in 2011,NETX continue to making losses in FY2011,2012,2013,2014,2015 and 2016,anyone can check all this information easily in BURSA website.

furthermore,the contract won was involved in bandwidth management equipment,nothing to do with telco towers nor fibre optic infra,so clearly no related to NFCP.Can we said NESTLE or DUTCHLADY will benefited from NFCP because they supply drink for TM's employees?

thats why i said patience is needed as we have no control over share price movement,but when fundamental and prospect improve as expected,share price will rise eventually just we dont know the actual timing,6-9 month should be rational judging by current progress and profit trend.

of course it can rise anytime,but i cant predict as well as didn't put too much hope on the "sudden rise",the only thing i can sure is redtone still undervalued at current price level.

joyvest,about why 6-9 month,it is because the NFCP 2 will be award after 31/3/2020,i expect on may 2020,and IDS business as well as RedtoneMex should able to return to black 3st quarter FY2020 onward,mainly due to RM130 million sri lanka hospital project starting to contribute positively.

as the possibility of double up in share price,i'll said it is possible but subject to three condition:

1.)win at lease RM600million new contract in total from entire NFCP plan.(profit contribution from MTNS division will easily more than double up from last year level.)

2.)IDS and RedtoneMex return to black,contribute not less than RM2 million profit per annum.(not only elimination of losses but earn extra profit too,so in total at lease RM 4-5 million extra profit.)

3.)TS business maintain its profit performance at lease.(contribute more than RM28 million PBT per annum.)

since all these condition is not too harsh and achievable,i think double up is possible but as i said,you'll have to hold your position and continue to monitor the actual progress from coming market news and quarter reports,make informed decision at all time,that is what every success investor will do.

or you can just sell redtone and go invest other counter that you think can earn faster money.

NFCP 1 involved 153 towers,but NFCP 2 involved 500 towers,i expect each contract will have multiple winner instead of one.

it is fine if redtone didn't win NFCP 1 at all,as the entire NFCP plan is just about to kick off,NFCP 1 is merely small slice of a big cake,MCMC will spend RM10-11billion on USP projects in 2019-2023,the capex on NFCP 1 alone should not more than 3% of the total capex.

so,no problem at all even redtone didn't get any single cent from NFCP 1,as many more bigger projects is underway,even current orderbook itself is enough to make sure redtone can continue to deliver fantastic profit growth in 2020.

so if anybody eyeing big profit and want to buy redtone now,pls be ready to hold for another 6-9 month.

i even suspect redtone wont rise much after NFCP 1 announcement,in order to drive speculators away.

speculators and contra traders need to be wipe out 1st before next rally.

3 more market day to 2020,NFCP 1 should release in 1-2 week,i hope redtone able to win some towers under NFCP1,then investor will have clearer idea on what to invest under NFCP.

after NFCP 1,NFCP 2 should be release by 1st half 2020 too,i am actually focus more on NFCP 2 as the project is 3x bigger than NFCP 1,big reason to stick with redtone.

take it easy,redtone only invest around RM2 million on 7-11 and bjfood,i wont be too concern if the amount cap below 10% of total cash,not to mention both company is consistantly profitable,redtone can sell the investment anytime in future when they need cash,the same practice can be found in BJTOTO but i dont think BJTOTO had been negatively affected by buying and selling sister companies share so far.

NFCP had been manage with professional manner and gaining momentum steadily,big credit to gobind singh,i think he is one of the best performing minister in 2019,a truly professional,thumb up.

as expected,share price remain sideway in december,any surprise should only come by 2020.

but that is good news to listed service providers like redtone.

i think other small USP contractor will be negatively affected by the news as MCMC should be more selective and careful when choosing contractors for future NFCP projects.

and for the 1st announcement,the contractor for TIME 3 extension (phase 2) had been terminated.

To be clear,TIME 3 extension project divided into three phase,phase 1 and phase 3 won by Redtone,only phase 2 won by a private company.now with phase 2 contractor been terminated,towers under phase 2 must be takeover by other company,and redtone will be one of the potential candidate.

looks like OCK need time to rebuild reputation with MCMC.

of course,binacom might benefited from increasing private telco investment under NFCP,but when come to MCMC rural project,redtone is the one and only in bursa so far.

binacom?they are focusing on private sector jobs,mostly come from maxis,i dont think they'll bid for NFCP 1 as the the cost and manpower structure is totally different with what they are now,hard to compete with redtone in rural place,thats why binacom never awarded any USP project by MCMC.

two more weeks to 2020,now just sit back and relax,enjoy year end holiday,the real show should start january onward when NFCP 1 kick in by early january.

redtone is the ONLY listed company in bursa that focus on rural telco infrastructure,thats why they are the only listed company that have won contract directly from USP fund or MCMC.

i'll suggest not more than 15% cash is used for investment purpose at anytime.
