DPS still hold not less than 33% of SNC,formerly Len Cheong, a smaller based counter and SNC is convening an EGM on 27-6-19 , which is after the MSIG case on 26-6-19......DPS & son & daughter are in BODs.....so I think SNC and DPS will move in tandem....maybe a merger is likely..

Just wonder Sand Nischo Capital formerly Len Cheong still related to DPS in view of Peter holding nearly 19 million shares in this company ...
