Looks like the New Boss wants to convert all the IPCS and WA into mother shares so no need to borrow from anybody...and a massive controlling stake in Dynaciate..

The operators has already adjusted the price and today will lodged the sealed High Court to regularise the exercise.. think will go up in view of pending approved PP exercise...can compare to Green Packet who did a capital reduction ...38 lodged now break 40....

With this capital reduction exercise, the accumulated losses in the balance sheet will be wiped out and a tax credit maybe created but the number of shares is not reduced at all..so with another 70% private placement to go at 11cts or higher, and consecutive profit result, Keyasic will be a stock to watch....

Who is converting the IPCS at a loss and providing the 12cts per share and buying and selling at 10cts of the company knows something big is going to happen.....
