The reason why the POD has been delayed so long in my perception is corruption at regional and local levels.
The good news is that on 12th May 2020, the federal govt passed a law, taking back controls from regional and local levels. Now all approvals come from the federal govt, not allowing regional and local govt individuals to collect rent.
The federal govt has already inspected NGY in relation to the POD last Dec. Now all that remains is for the paperwork to be approved.

Risk in Glotec is small as this investment is not priced in, and accumulation has been taking place for a long time. Cheers

NGY is run by experts in cbm. NGY is just waiting for the final approval (POD) from the Indonesian govt. Once the POD is issued, NGY will explode from zero to hero in a very short space. Hence Glotec will follow suit.

Buy glotec because the downside is low. Downside is protected by their manufacturing growth. However the main reason to buy glotec is because their upside can be explosive. The reason is that their coalbed methane potential is very good. They have applied for POD1 about 2 years ago. The indonesian govt is in the process of cleaning up their licensing procedure. Once the POD1 is approved, all the current revenue stream of glotec will be very small compared with the revenue from cbm. Cheers.

My friends, our 5sen company is sitting on this asset. This asset is only 20%-30% of their total CBM asset.

Interesting position we're in. Should we sit on our hands and watch, or should we scream and shout and scratch between the legs. I don't know.

What I know is, that it's better not to do anything if we don't know what to do.

Glotec has invested more that 100m in NGY over the past 3 years. They are putting more this rights issue. They have given NGY credit line facilities. Has Glotec made any profit from NGY so far? If the answer is no, then they are investing and looking to the future. As an investor, so should you.

There are many goreng counters. Glotec is not. If you look at the managment direction over the years, there is substantial progress in that direction. Understand also that all counters will undergo the goreng cycle now and again. This is normal as the controllers create oppourtinity for themselves.

To say that you invested in high prices and that you are looking to break even, is not the best thought to entertain. It may be better to understand that you're sitting on a very good probablity of a goldmine where your savings are parked. That is the best place to park it.

Your thoughts and emotions seem to be kicked around on a regular basis. One of the reasons may be that those in this forum have different agendas. Day traders think differently from swing traders. Swing traders are different from investors, medium and long term. Timing is critical to traders, but not so to investors. Listening to the forum is the best way to get confused, although the common thread is to make money.

I would not worry about the saving invested here. Rather I would learn to relax and know that I have invested well. When you can relax, then you may know when to take profits when the time comes. I would not be in a hurry for this counter. Ayam Tua is a good beacon to follow.

NGY is not looking for gas at this time, because I think they have found enough to go forward. Now it's paperwork and how best to organise funding. Relax and look at Glotec once a month or so when you're not stressed. I think the future is bright, but I don't know the time frame. Cheers.

goInvest. At the end of 2015 NGY had a rights issue to raise AUD10million. According to their plans, NGY will have to raise another AUD48million circa third quarter 2016. Goltec has invested a lot of money in NGY, and have brought in cbm experts to helm NGY.

The stated purpose for the AUD48million is to bring NGY cbm assets to the final stages towards commercialization somewhere 2018. If successful the cbm assets could be worth billions. This is Glotec's interest in the investment.

Glotec does not have 55% of AUD48million. One possible scenario is that Glotec may have a rights issue soon to raise the necessary funds. Yes money is needed. If the whole venture is successful, Glotec will no longer be a penny stock. If is the operating word here.

Parker, news is a Left hand Right hand game. Boss know the news long before hand. For instance the quarterly report for coming out in Nov. They know fair result at end Sept. They know they will announce end Nov. If good result, push down prices and collect. Sell when good news released. If result bad, sell and collect after result come out. Does it make sense to you. Not a prediction, but a logical sequence for personal gain.
There is no such thing as BEST price to buy or sell. Look at fair price. Below par value may be a reasonable price for any company poised for growth.

Trading you are right there. Not within company control-YES, Caught unawares-NO. Professional advice would be that this and that will happen within certain milestones. Company will be ok because the rights issue allow full settlement of financial baggage plus having healthy working capital. So long before, they already know that the company is ok as long as due process is followed. In the meantime company operations run smoothly.

So company is ok. Only issue is relationship with Bursa. Bursa has procedures and triggers. Did the management suddenly discover that they triggered PN17, of course not. With Left hand holding a bag of apparent bad news, and Right hand having the bag of good news, the man can decide when to release the news and from which bag. The game begins.

Over time investors will profit if they can keep cool and understand what is happening.
