for company that have many projects but low profit highest percentage are 1) too low profit margin, just using low price to defeat competitors instead of competency. 2) too much "rebate" in order to get the project. 3) company is dirty, just setup for other purposes. 4) Main income of the company not from projects but speculating, in this case the money will never goes to investor hand.5) Poor managing skill, poor planning. There are many possibilities, just that investors have fed up with TSJ excuses already.

The financial manager in iris is my relative, he told me Iris is now having hard time, and many ppl in the company not satisfy with this director as those papua new guinea and others joint venture projects are having loss, he is too greedy until company cash flow in deep trouble

You have to admit that Iris all the way running his business in very low profit return. I didn't ask ppl to sell also, you felt irritated surely becoz you invested lot of money in iris, you surely hope that iris getting better and better so you dun need to being trapped, but then you have to be fair to new investor, iris is having such problem, all the investors money HAVE GONE and tsj is not a ppl keeping his promise, perhaps you will say he will reach the goal one day, but he was just repeating to make empty promise every year.

Dsonic director propose tsj to give up to tender for it as he can only earn 3 % profit from the passport project while dsonic can earn more than 50%, he is happy to share the 6% for tsj to sleep at home. BUY CALL, as Iris will boost the profit by giving up the project
