for company that have many projects but low profit highest percentage are 1) too low profit margin, just using low price to defeat competitors instead of competency. 2) too much "rebate" in order to get the project. 3) company is dirty, just setup for other purposes. 4) Main income of the company not from projects but speculating, in this case the money will never goes to investor hand.5) Poor managing skill, poor planning. There are many possibilities, just that investors have fed up with TSJ excuses already.
