U can find receivable always higher than supplier if the co deal with foreign project..

Don't look at PPE..look at cuurent asset (rm5b) to finance liabilities..plus fixed asset, this co got rm8b total asset..retained earning rm1.5b

Their debt is a longterm debt..can pay small amt every month..their cash almost 900m..so, easy for them to settle the debt to show their ability to fulfill the liability payment..

For receivable, suspect they got debtor that pay debt very slow..maybe 3-6 month..a lot of them from foreign co..

Gtrade, problem on receivable normally due to unreplied audit confirmation from debtors..from news, KPMG not get the confirmation from foreign co..normally hard for them to reply because certain country got their own rules..

What KPMG can do is maybe co can assist to send customer account and ask them to reply for confirmation..
