the logic behind is if u weigh 300 kg..n u decided to donate 40 kg of your meat to charity...then on 12 dec...u instantly only weigh 260 kg...then after that your parent wanna feed u with more food to gain your weight bak or so angry with your stupidity they decided not to let u eat to make u wake up. so ur weight become 220 kg becoz no food from parent...now your ah gong c u so cham decided to buy some fodd for u to eat wah...got banana ..then u grow weight bak to 300 kg..then your parent cum bak so regret becoz ah gong scold them to death...then they decided to take u for dinner to compensate ..the next day u gro to 360 kg...lol

the last date to buy for entitlement is 11/12/2018....on 12/12 the price will be adjusted down already by 40 sen....

now 2.64 ex still no cheap ..all waiting for 2.20 la...i also waiting for 2.20...lol

of course it can drop much lower than 40 sen say may drop to 2.20 after ex n u can get it cheaper by 80 sen...nobody knows...wat i do is..i keep the share for dividend...fork out cash equivalent amount of dividend to buy any dip...at lower price...so if it drop further after i got my dividend at the end of month i buy in again...if it rebounds bak to rm3 again...i jus put the cash from dividend back to my reserve...

i think many will want to sell on ex n buy lower on adjustment..so wat will happen? the price might up n down so fast u got no chance to buy bak at low...so u might end up buying only 20 sen diff...thats lower than dun sell n keep dividend...

aa become asset light becoz they wanna go into transformation n expanding fleet more rapidly...from now on aa is on a different mode than in the past 10 yrs..so ppl are still not used to their new growth stage...never mind by the time they understand they can buy the share at much higher price...

u can go look at the 1st 10 yrs of those great aviation company...u will say they r not worth to invest...lol

there is not going to be another AA coming out of malaysia...at least...but there can be many other grab service coming out...

with the opec cracking n aa digitisation move...n change of new gomen which is more budget airline friendly...2019 is the turningpoint for aa...mark my word..

the rise of aa is a very difficult one due to gomen protecting mas n inhibiting aa growth...thats why u cannot imagine how difficult its for aa to becum the de facto national carrier of malaysia..even more difficult than ryan air n southwest ...so with that background...u can c how good aa is in their operation..u think its so easy to get so many yrs of top budget airline award...if aa cannit invest..i dun even dare buy other airline stock in the world..

jus by listing of their red ventures in nyse in future is enuff to fetch a very high value for them...n thats not their main business...lol

when they hav 500 planes in 2028...u can c eps ofrm2 n more...with pe of 6 u r looking ar rm12 per share stock...u thin a company with rm2 eps will still be rm2-3 per share...if u can find one in the world pls tell me...

aviation industry is a high capital low cash flow n a lot variation in profit in the beginning...for aa it took them 17 yrs...but when they start stabilsing n contributing more stable income...they are cash generating machine...aa only start to stabilise this 1 or 2 yrs...in future when they grow their ancilary income to 40% of revenue...oil price fluctuation will not be so significant to them...

this fellow doesnt understand aviation industry...if u c budget airline like ryan air n southwest u will know aa is better than them...wat took southwest so many yrs to do..aa did it in 10 yrs...so u can c aa will b like them one day..aviation industry is totally different than other industry..even buffet admitted he doesnt understand them n miss their golden chance in investing...even buffets started to buy in airline stock...u cannot compare the stock price movement only...

can u c how much aa revenue expanded over 3 yrs..from 6 to 10 to 11 billion...giv them another 3 yrs...will be 13 billion n more may b...a modest 20% margin will already giv close ro rm1...so sustaining a 20 sen dividend each yr...not to mention special dividend..

so i say it will rise to rm6..in 12 months time

the price rise from low of rm0.60 to rm 3 in 2016.....

2016 aa margin is 30% 6 billion sales...2 billion profit due to low oil price...2019 same scenario again...11 billion sales 25% margin...already 2.8 billion...close to eps is 0.85 pe 6 = rm5.10, dividend minimum 17 sen...
