n regarding capital gain..VT doesnt care about capital gain..he only answer to himself...when the asset is still there...VT thinks is enuff..share price is jus number to him...

no need answer to shareholder..authority..no need listing maintenance..no need pay dividend...save more cost...lol...y not...u want capital gain..park under bjcorp..still can get capital gain...
