for whatever reason, every time during sarawak state election, certain counters will spike, sarawak based companies of course..

i think everyone here is trying to be positive.. and carry the hope that whichever counters they buy will go up.. that is the very reason why we buy shares in the first place. and let's be realistic, what are you expecting from here? gold mine? someone telling you which counters to buy and it will definitely shoot up?

i think it's unfair to blame someone for share purchase, unless he/she pointed a gun to your head and forced you to buy.

i agree with calvintaneng, i bought jaks at 1.13 couple of months back, didn't realised it was almost all time high for past couple of years, and only realised it last week that it was trading as low as below 375sen.

i'm in telco line, and i don't see consumers moving from maxis or digi to xox. so i'm very surprised to see xox moving up in bursa lately.
to the big 3 telcos, tunetalk or u mobile would be a bigger threat than xox.
