TAS builds Barges and heavy duty vessels for towing, not normal vessels. theirs is a niche market,unlike some that just build life boats/ small boats . to me this is a long term turn around. D/E of 0.28. Free Cash to sales of 6.4. NTA :1.003. Share Holder's fund of 176Million, for Total Shares of 180million.
Best of all the Clean Management. Looks like turn around, after buyer breached contract and caused loss last year.
