i am in O&G industry and know Serbadk company quite well. They are my customer as well as my supplier. Serbadk is different with other O&G where their core activity in MAINTENANCE/SERVICE and Engineering related business. My company still survive during this bad O&G time because of maintenance/service/spare parts sales still contributing. We are not purely at the Upstream or E&P sector, we serve all including downstream. Let's see the upcoming Q2 result from Serbdk really got impact from Qatar issue :-)

T800Terminator: Yes you are correct, Q2 should be positive and better than last year. As you can see in Q1 report, profit margin was more than 30%. Uptrend rally will start this week until August.

IB such as CIMB/TA has started to cover Dnex with revised TP. This is just the beginning for a BIG rally after raya with ultimate show in August. Stay tune, buy now and hold. Those who sell today will regret big time. Mark My Word. yeaahhh :)

Today serbadk pay us dividend, im still holding quite a large money in this counter. Just wait for the market to improve and hope for better Q2 result from them.

Will hold this stock until next 2 Quarter to see any improvement in terms of revenue after they got full logging license. End of this month, logging report will be released to Bursa but i think the improvement probably not so much because the license was just received mid of April. Next month production (which will be submitted to Bursa by end of July) will be the key indicator.

Whoever sell this week will regret, after raya there will be big show from Dnex for about 1 month+ with ultimate show in August. Mark my word.

so funny when we think encik Azman needs money to pay debt or no salary. The fact that he and his other 2 partners (Abdul Manaf & Khoo) sold his company to Dnex for RM170 million, which RM100 million was paid in CASH and another RM70mil in terms of Dnex shares @ 20sen at that time :-)

special issue only for Rashid Hussin, his wife and Maha Gayabina to raise fund of RM21mil..yes they bought the shares @ 10sen but they are not entitled for dividend, voting in AGM etc...it just to raise fund to finance purchase or FMU5 timber concession...another milestone is to propose Right Issue (with bonus share) to current shareholders...dont know why suddently panic sell happening yesterday...business wise, PWORTH is still potential stock to invest, let see if they able to improve revenue on next quarter...happy trading/investing all :-)
