Seem like cash decrease 500 m from year end 2018 (1 bil). Hope can recover some receivables in Q4 then will be more attractive, and so can declare higher dividend, last yr declare 0.15 div need 123 m cash.

Anyway, still a good and strong company :)

anyone know why Q2 and Q3 receivables increased a lot? Cash can >1 b if maintain low receivables like previous year.
