1. Sell off all Instaco WC (At any price, including at a mere RM0.005, would benefit them.

Small matter. Due to high deferred tax impact. However, if you assess the balance sheet. There is huge amount of deferred tax assets to be recognised as income in subsequent quarters.

Ooi Teik Bee, how do u know OLH is pushing the price down? Who are your sources? Do you have a credible source to your statement?
Or you are talking as per what you preached - "without facts and figures"?
Don't throw hatred at me man, I'm just like everyone else here trying to verify your words.

There is a reason why people and funds are ignoring PJDEV despite it been "good FA" stock by virtue of "good analytics" - low PE, decent dividend yield, etc
If the stock market is fully about "analytics", everybody would go all in on PJDEV and Padini. But why aren't people and funds going all in on PJDEV?
Are those people really blind? Or they analyse your so called "FA" beyond means of just analytics such as PE, EPS, etc.
Please reconsider what you promote as "good FA"
2015-02-19 02:30 | Report Abuse
Ooi Teik Bee, FA is not only about PE, forward PE, EPS, good balance sheet.
You also need to take into account macroenvironmental factors, regulatory factors, whether corporate exercise will bring synergistic benefits.
Don't look at FA so bluntly man

agni23, stop with your lies. You just falled into the drain. I bet your life savings is only RM10k, that is why you are so angry.
Who in the world will have so much hatred towards KNM if they "earned millions" from KNM?
Even a bangla from middle east also would not want to look u in the face. Don't even talk about warren buffet.
Such a disgrace to the investing community to have a person with such low ethics

agni23,
u lost 9k in 2008 when KNM drop from RM8 to RM1 by investing RM10,000
u "earned" one million in 2014 (6 years later), investing ???? at 35cents and selling at RM1.1?
why suddenly so daring to invest at least RM300,000 in KNM after investing only RM10k in 2009?

Hahahahaha you bought at 39cent and sold at RM1.1, you must be a joker. Bought at most bottom sold at most top. Stop talking c0ck man agni23. If you earned millions, you do u still hold grudge against KNM? YOU EARNED MILLIONS WO? Still want to scold KNM ah? You can make money from KNM (39cent bough 1.1 sold, i doubt its true), then other people cannot make money from KNM?

agni23, now I understand your grudge and why you do not wish to subscribe to KNM's rights issue. After losing more than 90% of your gains, it must be very painful.

agni23 is really a dumbass. I just realise he wrote RM1 worth RM0.80 after dilution. Public bank issued so many rights issues in the past. RM1 in 197x is worth RM1million in 200x.
If you hate KNM, please go set a fire at their premise, then their stock price will surely fall. Otherwise, you are nothing more than a hopeless sulker.

What do u mean "license to suck"? You yourself is a shareholder of KNM, and you carry so much anger in KNM, if you are unpleased, why don't u sell off all your holdings? Well, I very much hold KNM at a low price of 45 cent, so if that means "license to suck", then fair enough.
But you can't blame others for buying KNM at a high price and saying it suck, if it is worth 70cent, then you simply don't buy it at RM1, if you buy it at RM1, then it is your fault, there are many people who are making tons of money while you watch and sulk on your f**ked up attitude.

with 50 cent right subscription. One should take up the rights. The dilution will not be as significant as the savings in place.
Reasons:
1. Rights are 1 for 5. Thus, the dilution is only 16.67% (1 divided by 6)
2. Warrants have an exercise price of RM1, thus reducing the chances of immediate dilution as no logical person will exercise the warrants
3. Interest savings will save KNM's bottom line of RM10mil per annum (Which represents profit after tax of RM10mil per annum). This increase is roughly 23%.
4. Reduction in liability portion and increase in equity portion (Thus increasing the Net assets of the company. However, there will be additional shares issued (1 for 5). As such, the net increase in net assets per share would be 6% (23% minus 16.67%).
5. Additional cash for financing new RAPID project (Bonus point)
As such, even without additional RAPID project, this rights issue should be subscribed.
Anyway, analysts will come out with reports tomorrow which will mirror what I have mentioned.
