Price of RM 7.80 is just an example given in the anouncement made by Scientex. It is not the agreed price with the 3rd party with regards to the private placement. It says it is based on the agreed weighted average price of Scientex 5 days preceding to the exercise date.

Guys, what do you think of the recent announcement of Sultan Johor's project to build affordable houses for the lower-income families? I believe this will have an adverse effect on the share prices of property developers particular KSL which has seen a decline in price by as much as 5 cents so far for today.

Hi Guys, i just saw the announcement made by AnnJoo. It says there will be interim dividend of 9c and Final Dividend of 9c. Are they both the same?
