conversion ratio = 6:1

(Rm0.33 x 6)+ Rm3.72 = Rm5.7

Premium = Rm5.7 - Rm4.14 = 37%

Basically u are paying a 37% premium now to buy the mother share at 12th January.

pinpin here, Rm4.14 - Rm3.72 = (Rm0.42+normally 10-20% premium)/6 = 0.50/6 = Rm0.09 is the value if u ask me.

8877, not that i worry, my calculation shows me that in order for me to profit, the mother share needs to go up to Rm3 after bonus issue which is Rm6 pre-split. Now it has already reach Rm5 which is another 20%+ more to go. however, i prefer to sell the CA to other buyers rather than waiting for it to mature. but the problem now is that Bursa and Dsonic continuously bombard the CA preventing it from going up. thats why i irks me badly to see they all keep issuing one another bad news to kill CA.

u know, i keep got a feeling that Dsonic and Bursa dunwan to let the CA go up. they wan the CA die 99

CA is a very fast type of moving instruments. if we are able to see it undervalue, people adi rushed for it like how it happened that day. i see that in one month or two months' time, the CA will be undervalued and then everyone will chase after it. so thats why i grabbed it and wait for it now rather than chasing later like zombie chasing after brains hahahaha.

my personal view is that,
1) its normal for Bursa to do it. maybe bcoz of past EGM ppl complain. so they must at least show some changes that they are there before anything happen. fundamentally like ctea mentioned, there is no change. PE only 40, good earnings, dividend somemore, director buy A LOT of share. still scare what? if director keep dispose then different story.
2) Someone ask Bursa to issue this precautionary so 'someone' can take this chance to grab lower. expect the same effect as UMA. nth much.
