I dont know what assumption Kama made, If the calculation is not straight forward (i.e. involve conversion of the WA, Kama has made some calculation mistake. So, I think the share price is 75 sen and WA price is 29 sen. That is the price for shareholder to recover their investment.

Shareholder will be mad if Kama consider only for them to recover their investment without thinking about the opportunity loss by investing in AAX and got the price down.
