Latest announcement, major shareholder disposed 21m shares on 16 oct. If look at the trading history, on 16 oct, shares transacted via open market were much less than that. Less than 10m shares.

They do private deal with other party? Seems major shareholder not disposing the shares via open market. Really really new party come in?

thestock, i personally prefer hedging by mixing both glove and healthcare stock in my portfolio, ie supermx/careplus and pharma. Then play the basic "buy while red, sell when green".

I dont have ktb shares in hand, and unfortunately miss this year bonus from ktb (got my bonus last year when the shares hit 18.5cents mid last year). I will go in once ktb return to 4-5 cents level and will keep it for next year spike. This counter is once a year event and obviously one day show.

Benpg, the price was mentioned in a slide presented by the management. Im not sure how they get to the figure. Been told that the warrant price will be based on average 8 days price before entitlement day (i may be wrong on the accuracy of this info).

If the management intent to indirectly told us the share based on the warrant price at 25-28 cents, ancom price should be between rm1.00 to rm1.12 average during those days. I personally believe the price is at conservative level.

Based on briefing yesterday, the management estimate listing of the warrant will be mid september with theoretical price between .25-.28 rm each (based on current price).

ancom will have conference briefing today at 6.00pm. Expect them to push up the price a bit to create feel good factor to their investor for the briefing. Or else, they have to answer a lot of question.

Why push the price down? The old days of mahathir, using epf money to benefit his people. Felda is not his crony. Price push to bargain, make annual average price low, then some one in offer fake premium to takeover the company. Nothing new.

syed mokhtar sugar companies with 40% of market shares still consistently get 100m profit per annum while msm with 60% market shares, doing badly. Really good time to handover the company to him.

MSM is doing badly. So does CSR. Seem both sugar company are doing badly, either increase in price or gov to subsidize them, the chances is high.
