SILKHLD pulled back for a correction in the past two weeks after a strong bullish rally which started at the end of January for two weeks. Price climbed from RM0.455 to RM0.760 in two weeks, a 67% increase. Yesterday, price found support at RM0.630 and rebounded to close at RM0.670. The support level is a 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level from a bullish trend that started in late December and near the short term 30-day moving average. The rebound yesterday formed a “hammer” Japanese candlesticks chart pattern which indicates a bullish price reversal. Furthermore, the price is oversold in the short term, based on the Stochastic indicator and therefore, we expect price to rebound and continue its uptrend. Henceforth, we suggest a trading buy for
SILKHLD at price up to RM0.675 with a price target at RM0.760 and a stop loss below the immediate support level at RM0.625.

CYPARK was suggested a trading buy on February 5 at RM2.22 on a Japanese Candlesticks reversal pattern with a target price at RM2.45 and stop loss at RM2.12. Price rebounded and steadily trend upwards for the past one week. Yesterday, the price hit the target price at RM2.45 before closing at RM2.40. This exits the buy position. Price is now overbought and a bearish reversal harami pattern has formed on the chart. Henceforth, we expect pull back from CYPARK for a correction.
