from the chart, the candlestick still yet to break upper bollinger band, although the vol today is moderately high and align with price up. Good sign. But to have REALLY bullish, it has to be vol over 0.13B + price close above 0.52 tomorrow. Only tomorrow. Else means bull need a short rest.
