yes, very big land bank, for what? the land is not your land, you owned paper only, and property company will get all the margin before they put it in quarter report. In malaysia, no and ever have 1 property stock company will give you high dividend, free share and keep rolling.

now property and land market not good and it is end of the cycle (around ten years) if you buy property and land around 2006-2008, now i think can retire if sold all now.
So now is still peak price, even IWCITY price 1.35 still consider peak.

maybe you can wait another 10 years and keep this stock, oh man, 10 years?? I would buy maybank or public bank if 10 years investment.

Conclusion: This is goring up and down stock for year 2017, good for smart trader and not good for long term investor.

EPS red colour always, seriously, EPS red mean not earning money man, you still want invest??? oh come on, you just a goreng kaki and don't pretend invest, and you're confuse about good investment and bad investment.
you can buy maybank for solid investment, TNB, any stock in FBM KLCI (30 stock), that much 100x better than this stock, you already know, but you still want invest this stock, because can earn very fast money, goreng kaki lah you.

it is a long story....i try long story short. you will need history chart and tracking skill.

point 1: anything above RM1.21-RM3 is fake one.

open 1 year history chart, you can see price before goreng is ~0.9 on last day 6 Feb 2017.

Price slowly goreng to 1.21 on last day 28 Feb 2017.

and start power goreng on 1 Mar 2017 and volume significant increase...

CREED accquire 6.88% on 3 Mar 2017, but bursa announcement date is 21 Mar 2017, while the price already done around 2.7++ and goreng until 3 May 2017 around RM3++

suddenly cancel news and then limit down, almost limit down, up and down until now.

until recently CREED disposed, why they don't dispose around RM3??? and dispose recently??? this one i won't tell here, sensitive, think anyway you like.

Therefore, price from 1.21 - RM3++ is fake one, no matter with or without BM project.

1.34 just now is safe price today :) but 830 lots only....
