Awesome: I think the dividend issue is to be settled at the upcoming AGM so the die is not cast. However, unlikely to change in my opinion.

Company entering a new phase of growth with expanding property portfolio and venture into oil and gas (although not confirmed). This is supported by the stable road construction & maintenance and engineering services which provide recurring income.

Expect company to be priced at a higher P/E partly in line with that of oil and gas and property counters when these divisions come in.
