where is 20% profit was the dividend payout promised by Lin HouZhi in its IPO prospectus? can we take any action for his empty promise?

the value per share (cash+NTA) more than RM 1.20 but share value is 13 cent?

Bursa should stop all new future China stock IPO to list in Malaysia. their totally don't take care the interest of their investors/ shareholders, make money & not willing to share their profits with nothing tangible return like dividend. and further collect more & more money via exercise the warrant. most of my pencen are gone to these China conman! shit...

most Bursa listed China stock also are like:
1. before listed business/ account hike every year; after listed change to sinking every year
2. before listed promised pay dividend yearly; after listed refuse to pay even making profit
some even automatically burnt their factory & made their account bad shape for refuse to pay dividend

Lin Houzhi promised 20% of profit will pay dividend! where is your promised?

most Bursa listed China stock are like that la, they come here to sapu our money only:
1. refuse to pay dividend even making tons of profit.
2. share price sinking deeper after CEO selling their own share.
3. given free warrant & the exercise date is 3 year instead 5 year for collect more money.
4. before warrant ex-date the share price sinks even more, typical 1/10 of IPO
once u invested their share, u will never get back your money!

stupid Lin Houzhi disposed so many round of this share; making the share prices sinking more deeper! share value about rm50k now when invested rm200k 5 years ago. CeeBai CEO totally don't take care like our small investor! what we want just a small return like yearly dividend & share price move up for long term. purposely giving free warrant for to collect more our hard earned money. warrant exercise time 3 years instead of 5 years. typically GREEDY China company listed in Bursa.
